When you’re wanting to change flatmates, you’ll need to get in touch with your property manager to arrange the transfer. Your new flatmate will need to fill in an application form and complete a credit check, and we’ll also need to add them to the tenancy agreement and bond form. You’ll also need to arrange the bond return for your departing flatmate. There’s a small charge to get this process completed properly.
