If you get locked out during office hours, you can swing by the office to grab a spare key. Make sure you give us a call first so we can have it ready for you.

If you’re locked out and it’s outside of normal office hours, phone 09 849 2558 and press 1 to talk to our on-call property manager. They can normally get a spare key sorted, but in some cases you might need to arrange a locksmith to let you in. We can recommend the team at Hardware Direct – for after hours work. Their number is 08008LOCKS (make sure you tell them you’re a Wendell tenant!)
