If you’re water bill is unusually high, there may be a leak – so we’ll usually first ask you to complete a leak test overnight. If there does prove to be a problem, we’ll arrange to have it repaired. Either way, it’s always a good idea to ensure toilet cisterns are not running and taps are not dripping so you don’t get another unpleasantly surprising bill!
