When you decide to move out, we always need 28 days written notice. If you want to vacate before the 28 days are over, that’s cool – however, you’ill still have to pay the full 28 days rent, unless we can find someone to take the property earlier. It’s a good idea to get in touch with your property manager as early as possible to give this process the best chance of going smoothly!

When vacating your house, you’ll need to ensure you cancel your automatic rent payment, return all keys and remotes to our office, redirect your mail, move your utilities and have all the original listed tenants sign the bond refund form. Your property manager will be able to answer any questions you have on this process and can work with you, recommending ways to ensure you’re ready to move out on time.
