Once your application has been approved, you’ll need to meet us at the office to sign the tenancy agreement. This agreement is our way of ensuring that we both have the same expectations about your tenancy and that everything goes to plan. Because it’s so important, take your time to read through the agreement properly and check with your property manager if there is anything you don’t understand entirely.

The agreement outlines details of things like your bond and how this will be released back to you at the end of your tenancy. It will also outline the rental term, and whether it’s a fixed term or periodic tenancy. The agreement should provide information about what day rent should be paid and what you are responsible for (water, gas, lawns, gardening etc.).

Once you’ve read and signed the entire tenancy agreement, you can collect your keys on the agreed move in day and get settled into your new home!
